Coordinator of Talent Deployment and Forecasting

This role is responsible for scheduling our staff and assisting with forecasting our future staffing needs.  In this role your primary focus would be to assign each project with the appropriate level of staff to maintain our high standards of excellence with balancing the staff’s experiences goals in order to support them with successfully developing and growing in their career.   This would require:

  • Analyzing, identifying and assisting with staffing projects balancing needs and career as well as resolving staff needs
  • Proactively reviewing staffing needs and making recommendation to ensure staff are aligned to meet all our project deadlines
  • Interacting with all levels at our Firm
  • Timely input of daily scheduling changes and requests
  • Generating weekly reports to the management team
  • Identify and coordinate intern schedules

A successful candidate would have strong problem solving and analytical skills, be organized and proactive, detailed orientated, able to meet deadlines, be a team player with all levels, proactive professional verbal and written communication, able to work with confidential matters and assist with developing solutions that work for our business and staff to be successful.   Excellent MS office skills are needed including advanced excel.
