Sarah Viana

Director, Organizational Development

Sarah is a Director focusing on managing people and organizational development for the firm. She is responsible for identifying, recruiting students and developing top performers that consistently deliver the highest business results.  In addition, Sarah identifies, develops and executes business initiatives as well as tailors solutions to meet individual needs.   

Sarah was previously associated with a Big Four accounting firm. She has 16 years of progressive human resource management experience in the accounting industry in onboarding and transitioning, staff development, and campus recruiting.

Sarah graduated from State University of Buffalo with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Human Resources Management.
