Gregg Gallson, CVA

Gregg Gallson is a member of CTBK’s Advisory Services team, working across mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, fractionalized C-suite support, and litigation and forensic services. He works closely with small- to mid-sized businesses on complex financial decisions, including debt and equity financing, internal controls, and transaction planning. Gregg brings hands-on experience from operating lower middle-market businesses, giving him a practical perspective grounded in how businesses actually run.

At CTBK, Gregg is a member of the firm’s Leadership Team and is actively involved in innovation and mentoring initiatives. He serves on the Finance and Investment Committee for the Ronald McDonald House and advises multiple entrepreneurs and for-profit enterprises. Outside of work, Gregg’s interests range from technology and continuous improvement to reading, podcasts, basketball, and data analytics in sports—along with collecting pens and, as he puts it, “trying to find the end of the internet.”
