Senior Manager

Rachel Noone is a Senior Manager at CTBK, specializing in real estate tax and cost segregation studies. She works closely with clients on tax planning and compliance matters, bringing a detail-oriented and thoughtful approach to supporting complex real estate engagements. Rachel began her career at CTBK as a staff accountant in 2017, following an internship with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), and has continued to grow within the firm. 

At CTBK, Rachel is actively involved in mentoring initiatives and serves on the firm’s Innovation and Process Committees, where she contributes to the development of team members and the implementation of new technologies to promote accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across client engagements. Outside of work, she enjoys DIY home projects, embroidery, and spending time with her family and dogs.
