Zack is the Integrator at CTBK responsible for executing the firm’s business plan and strategy.  Zack leads the firm’s Leadership Team, is accountable for Profit & Loss results, and helps to remove obstacles and barriers to allow the Team to meet its financial and non-financial goals.

Zack started his career with the firm in 2009 and progressed to Audit Manager, before leaving in 2016 to join a Manufacturing company in Western New York.  He joined that company as the Controller and progressed to General Manager in early 2021, overseeing all operations of the company.  Zack rejoined CTBK in November 2022 as the Integrator.

Zack is a CPA and holds a BS in Business Administration and completed the Registered Accounting Program from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
